SUED FOR DIVORCE
Canton, Oct. 8.—Alleging that he has been guilty of cruelty, Mrs. Clara
Sailer, now living with her parents in this city, has filed suit here for a divorce
from Arthur C. Sailer, Massillon.
The plaintiff alleges that Sailer has one-third interest subject to his mother's
estate, The Sailer Estate of Massillon is wort.h about $125,000, and that
he is a joint owner with his brother in The Sailer Terace[sic] of Massillon,
which is valued at about $20,000. She also says he is a stockholder in the
Sailer-Melvin Manufacturing Company, Massillon.
She asks the court to enjoin him from selling or, disposing of his interests
in the estates or stock in the company. She asks for alimony. C. C. Upham is her attorney.
