Charlotta's marker is limestone, approx 2 foot high, eroded but readable. It is one of five Cook family graves located in the back right corner of Greenridge Cemetery.
The east face of her marker is engraved:

Her parents, Jacob and Elizabeth Cook, are buried nearby.
