Elizabeth's marker is limestone, approx 3 foot high, eroded but readable by touch. It is one of five Cook family graves located in the back right corner of Greenridge Cemetery.
The east face of her marker is engraved:

22 Yrs. 7 Mo.
"Remember friends as you pass
As you are now once was I
As I am now so you must be
Prepare for death and follow me."
Her parents, Jacob and Elizabeth Cook, are buried nearby.
