Clio was a daughter of Samuel Hadden Carson and Jane Ann 'Jennie' Taylor, born 8 Sep 1872 in Union County. On 2 Mar 1893, Clio married William Gill 'Will' Mitchell, son of J. R. Mitchell and Olive Ann Gill. They had three children: Jesse Carson, William Marlow and Frances Margaret. About 1906, Clio and Will separated and became divorced. In 1923, Clio married John A. Sensel. They resided on Post Road, near Dublin, Ohio. Clio died on 26 Mar 1943.
