WELCH Vernon Edgar Welch, age 69, passed away May 4, 2009. He was preceded in death by his wife Marsha, parents Raymond and Esta Moore and brothers Donald and James Welch. Vernon is survived by sisters, Wilma (Alvin) Dudley, Sheila (Don) Stewart, and Ginny (Raymond) Dalton; sisters-in-law, Jane Welch and Diane (Harold) Rausch; and many nieces and nephews. Vernon retired from the U.S. Post Office after 45 years of service. Visitation will be held Thursday, May 7 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at O. R. WOODYARD CO. SOUTH CHAPEL, 1346 S. High St., where service will be held Friday, May 8 at 10 a.m. Pastor Tom Murphy officiating. Interment Green Lawn Cemetery.

WELCH Marsha Ann Welch, age 66, was born on September 29, 1941, in Salt Lake City, Utah and passed away unexpectedly March 6, 2008 at Grant Hospital. She was a team mom for the Little Buckeyes of South Cols Athletic Assoc. She was preceded in death by her parents Marshall and Bernice Garland. She leaves to cherish her life: loving husband of 42 years, Vern; sister, Diana (Harold); sisters-in-law, Wilma (Alvin), Sheila (Don), Jenny Carol (Ray) and Jane; nieces, Diana Lee (Thomas), Amy (Danny), Robin, and Bridget (Chuck); nephews, Michael (Jennifer) and David; many great nieces and nephews and friends. Friends may call at the O. R. WOODYARD CO. CHAPEL, 1346 S. High St. Tuesday 5-8 p.m. and one hour prior to the funeral service Wednesdsay 11 a.m. Father Scott Kramer officiating. Interment Green Lawn Cemetery.
