Enola Brownlee, age 96, of Columbus, died Friday, August 2, 1996 at The Gardens at Whetstone, where she has resided for the past 3 years. She was the widow of Thomas Ray Brownlee, who died in 1966. Survived by her son, Robert Brownlee, M.D. and his wife, Molly of Upper Arlington; grandchildren, Thomas Robert (Courtney) Brownlee Jr., Cathy (George) Cleary, Sara (Chip) Greenlee; great-grandchildren, Robert, George and Chase. She was a member of Glenwood United Methodist Church and formerly an active member of Thea Court 5 of Ladies Oriental Shrine and Lorraine Chapter 1 O.E.S. Funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Monday at SCHOEDINGER NORTHWEST CHAPEL, 1740 Zollinger Rd., where family will receive friends from 12noon Monday until time of service. Rev. Kevin Chambers officiating. Interment Green Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, family requests contributions to Childhood League Center, 670 S. 18th St., Columbus Oh. 43205, in her memory.
