Very likely the first name is in error on the stone. Both St. Hedwig's Parish Interment records for 1915 and Calvary Cemetery burial records each reflect the child's name is Ladislaus. Son of Theophile Zawistowski and Josepha Sadowski. The family resided on Hausman St. at time of child's death.
