Who Was Killed by Bandits While Performing His Duty

"Dad We Never Got to Know You"--Gene, Dick, George
George was killed in the line of duty as a City of Toledo Police Office while responding to a robbery of the American Express Co. Officer Zientara responded with partner, Vincent Biskupski, and surprised the bandits in a garage on Upton Ave. Officer Zientara was also a World War I veteran. Story in the Toledo News Bee, April 16, 1928.
