John was born in Poland. Discrepancy with year of birth. State of Ohio Death Index places year of birth as 1891 and his Toledo Blade obituary, published 15 April 1970 states age at death was 79.
Annette's death was recorded as Anne both in the Ohio Death Index and in her Toledo Blade obituary published on 19 February 1979. Discrepancy with her year of birth. Ohio Death Index states her year of birth as 1895 and her obituary states she was 84 at time of death.
