WALLACE, Dale E. 73, of Urbana, Ohio died on Saturday, April 21, 2007 11:33 p.m. in Mercy Medical Center, Springfield, Ohio. He was born in Logan County, Ohio on April 28, 1933. He was the son of the late Emery and Crystal Knotts Wallace. Survivors include his wife, Phyllis E. Biddle Wallace; son, Terry (Tammy) Wallace of Urbana, Ohio; daughters, Teresa (Rob) Kaveney of Springfield, Ohio, Merita (Brian) Holmes of Springfield, Ohio; sister, Vivian Boles of New Carlisle, Ohio; four grandchildren, Chad Wallace, Ryan and Brenna Kaveney, Ian Holmes; one great grandchild, Janie Wallace; one niece and one nephew,; numerous nieces and nephews; and many cousins. He is retired from Ohio Department of Transportation, and also retired from the Springfield Airport. He enjoyed traveling and loved farming. He was a 1955 graduate of West Liberty High School and a United States Army Veteran. Visitation is on Tuesday, from 5-8 p.m. at the KAUFFMAN-ECIHHOLTZ FUNERAL HOME, West Liberty, Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 25, 2007 at 1 p.m. at the funeral service with Deacon Norm Hortsman presiding. Interment at Spring Grove Cemetery in Champaign County
