Clyde E. Musser, 89, of Fletcher, passed away at 7:45 a.m. Wednesday, March 30, 2011, in Heartland of Piqua.
Clyde was born May 27,1921, in Greene County, a son of the late Benjamin and Dorothea Deborah (Gross) Musser.
He married Marie E. Elliott on March 30, 1957, and they enjoyed 54 years together.
Clyde is survived by his wife, Marie, and four children, Paul Musser of Piqua, David (Janet Leonard) Musser of Piqua, Lois (Robert) Hughes of Piqua, and Marcia (John) Welker-lsennagle of Troy.
He also is survived by three grandchildren, Courtney and Graham Musser and Heather Hughes; three great grandchildren, Troy and Ashten Musser, and Taryn Webb; and one sister, Miriam (Robert) Davis of Piqua.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, John and Glen Musser. Clyde was of the Lutheran faith. He was a life-long farmer who was a member of the Miami County Farm Bureau. He retired from Miami East Schools as a bus driver.
Funeral services will be at noon Saturday, April 2,2011, in the Suber-Shively Funeral Home, 201 W. Main St., Fletcher, with Pastor Jonathan Newman of Koinos Christian Fellowship, Troy, officiating.
Burial will follow in Fletcher Cemtery.
