Janet E Snapp, 67, of Piqua died at 4:55 pm Sunday, Feb 27, 2011, at Upper Valley Medical Center, Troy.
She was born in Hardin on Nov 5, 1943, to Lois (Wiltheis) Boehringer of Piqua, and the late Willard E Boehringer.
On Oct 26, 1962, in Piqua, she married Chester W Snapp. He survives.
In addition, Janet is survived by two daughters and a son-in-law, Debra and Tom Ryan and Robin Golden, all of Piqua; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Jerry and Delores Boehringer of Gettysburg and Michael and Jeanne Boehringer of Bradford; one sister and brother-in-law, Linda and Sam Weidner of Piqua; four grandchildren, Tom Ryan of Piqua, Joe Ryan, Hamilton, Kristie Logan of Piqua and Lindsey Adams of Covington; three great grandchildren, Alexis, Harlee and Mollie Adams.
Janet graduated from Piqua Central High School in 1961.
She worked at Health Care Pharmacy in Covington for several years.
Funeral services will be at 10 am Friday, March 4, 2011, at Melcher-Sowers Funeral Home, Piqua, with Pastor Travis Mowell officiating.
Burial will follow in Fletcher Cemetery, Fletcher.
