Carole K. Trissell, 70, of Cincinnati and formerly of Conover, passed away at 5:10 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 18, 2008, in Cincinnati.
Carole was born on Sept. 12, 1938, in Dayton, a daughter of the late Stanley and Ruby (Lear) Forte.
She is survived by two children, a son and daughter-in-law, Mike and Jodi Trissell of Cincinnati and a daughter and son-in-law, Judy and Dave Manners of Somerville, S.C.; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a sister, Dixie Gaeke of St. Mary's; and a sister-in-law, Ann Trissell of Fletcher.
In addition to her parents, a son, Eric Trissell, preceded her in death.
Carole attended Lena Baptist Church. She was a former member of the Lena Chapter of Order of Eastern Star and a member of the Red Hat Society. Carole was a beautician and was formerly employed as a greeter at Meijer's in Troy.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Suber-Shively Funeral Home, 201 W. Main St., Fletcher, with the Rev. Philip Schumm of the Lena Baptist Church presiding. Burial will follow in Fletcher Cemetery.
