obit-Jamieson and Yannucci Funeral Home
LaDonna M. Beaver, 92, of Houston, passed away at 2:10 pm Tuesday October 21, 2014 at the Pavilion Nursing Center of Sidney. She was born December 29, 1921 in Shelby County to the late Forest and Emma (Nishwitz) Roegner. She married Lester W. "Les" Beaver November 2, 1944 in Piqua; he preceded her in death April 27, 2009.
Survivors include a son Gary (Karen) Beaver of Houston; three daughters, Sandy (Terry) Pellman, Pam (Roger) Schulze, Pat (Joe) Wackler all of Sidney; eleven grandchildren; and twenty-three great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, four brothers and three sisters.
Mrs. Beaver was a 1940 graduate of Houston High School and retired in 1983 from Hobart Brothers of Troy. She was an active member of the Houston Congregational Christian Church and enjoyed word search puzzles and playing cards. She will be deeply missed by her loving family and many friends.
A service to honor her life will begin at 10:00 am Saturday October 25, 2014 at the Jamieson & Yannucci Funeral Home with Pastor Krista D. Geise and Rev. James Manuel co-officiating. Burial will follow at Houston Cemetery.
